Great location, plenty of space, clean and tidy. We loved it! Hearing the frogs in the pond at night was a treat :) Walking distance to everything.
My only suggestion would be to update/replace the shower.

Fantastic location - walking distance to the pools, shops, Conical Hill etc. Spacious and great view out onto the lake.
Master bedroom is upstairs on a mezzanine floor and bathroom is downstairs so that could be an issue for some people.

Gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. Within walking distance to hot pools, cafes and eateries. Comfortable beds and lounge area.

Views and location
cleanliness - dried split coffee stains on stairs going up to loft bedroom.
general cleanliness for the property compared to all others stayed in in area was very poor. Dirty booze bottle with cigarettes inside on deck, corners dirty and not vacuumed or wiped. Toilet was not clean.
