Modern stylish and super clean. The staff are very courteous and kind. Do not book anywhere else in Taif, this is the best #1 hotel in Taif!

The location is fine, there is Panda supermarket nearby for our needs. Also, there are nearby shops to visit if we like to buy some clothes that we need or some presents.
On the first day, there was hot water in the bathroom so we are happy. On the 2nd day, no hot water was available in the shower which we reported. A maintenance staff came, have checked it and when it will take time to fix we were transferred to another room. Unfortunately, in the new room, 3rd day (we extended) , there was water shutdown as we are about to check out in early morning which I reported in the reception before leaving.
