Lack of on-site attendance

Nice area way up into the mountains. Clean and fresh linens.

Communication and on site help is poor at best! We were not given cabin name/number or lock box info. They said we would be greeted and given this info. We had to walk all over to find someone, and luckily, found a maid who was very helpful. If we would have arrived later, as we saw others do, we would not have gained entry. Also, they advertise daily cleaning, which isn't needed, but if you want a dry towel on day two, you won't have one as it is cold and damp in the area. There was no extra toilet paper and no hand towels either. They need to leave extras of these items for a comfortable stay. Lastly, we were told where tonpark on day one, by the maid. Day two, someone asked us to park in an area that was halfway full of construction materials. A mound of rocks and sand and some tools. We refused. Our car would have been partially out onto the road!

We did not stay because the property was not represented correctly on booking.com.

When I arrived at the location there was no reception area. A grounds keeper met us after we had been walking the property for a while. The grounds were covered in stairs that my handicapped mother could not use.

La tranquilidad que había en el lugar, se podia convivir muy Agusto; personal muy amable y atento resolviendo dudas

Las camas rechinaban demasiado y la posición no ayuda y la falta de señal de teléfono, se mencionó de una red wifi en el estacionamiento pero nunca apareció

Está en una zona increíble y accesible para cualquier vehículo. Hay una tienda pequeña en frente porque está algo retirada del pueblo. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un buen rato
