good location on the edge of centro, quiet place, lovely rooftop garden, communal area, quiet street. quiet overhead fan. good room size. beautifully decorated, many plants. the shared spaces are the best parts of this place.
weird rules, no alcohol allowed on the property? restaurant on site has some noise from it if you are near it due to restaurant staff. reception desk has music playing most of the day. no outside window for many rooms, just a window to the hallway means less privacy and natural light.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can't beat the location near the town center. Only about a 10-20 minute walk to most of the sites in San Miguel. The room and bedding were very clean and neat. Lots of blankets are provided if you get cold at night. With earplugs, it was quiet at night.
The room does not have a proper window to the outside. There is a small portal into a staff storage closet off the hotel reception area. The room is on the first floor, and you can hear everyone talking in the reception. The bathroom appears to have once had an exhaust fan, but it is not functioning. The bedroom closet is built into the wall, and it smells musty. Overall, for the price, it's fine for one night.
