About this house rental
Nestled in Bradenton Beach, this lovely house for $304 per night is a great option for your next trip. Sunset Oasis Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Relax in your own private hot tub or by your own private firepit, surrounded by lush plant life. This home (just a short walk to the beach!) brings the Anna Maria Island vibes throughout with its colorful exterior and an interior that's beach-inspired throughout. The open space on the first floor is perfect for relaxing and making meals together - central air conditioning will keep things cool. The fully equipped kitchen has the space and tools you need to put together delicious vacation meals. You can take the meat and veggies out onto the private gas grill to get that extra sear. It's totally fine to have dinner outside around the fire or on the patio. You may just need to convince someone to get out of the hammock! When the day winds down, enjoy a glass of wine on the upper deck and enjoy a partial view of the ocean. The beach is just a short walk away! With so many beautiful beaches nearby (including Manatee Public Beach, Cortez Beach, and Coquina Beach, all within two-and-a-half miles), it's easy to switch things up and see a new side to the ocean. Take a break at The Fish Hole Miniature Golf one mile from the home, perfect for families with younger guests. But if you just can't stay away from the water, rent a boat (or take a tour!) with Cortez Watersports, based just one-and-a-half miles away. Wind down the day with something delicious from one of the main local restaurants, including Smoqehouse and Beach House Restaurant, both within one mile. Things to know: We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October. Snowbird friendly Access and features for guests with limited mobility. Four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and water sports gear are available for guest use. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We absolutely loved our stay! The house was very clean, well kept and offered just enough subtleties that made it feel like Home even though we were on vacation.
The kitchen was equipped with most everything we needed (we cooked at home for 2 meals), all the appliances worked as expected (although we did not use the clothes washer) and the kitchen offered enough space that my wife and I could be in there together without tripping over each other.
The rooms were great, spacious and provided a nice break for when some private time was needed. The master bedroom upstairs was amazing! The bathroom felt fancy and the shower was awesome and my wife loved having her own balcony right off the room. The balcony was covered and offered some amazing mornings with the nice ocean breeze. You could also go up top to another balcony area that provide a 3rd story view of the surrounding areas. I spent a few morning on the top balcony and let me tell you, it was PRICELESS!!!
The hot tub was a nice touch, plenty of outdoor seating and lounging opportunities in the back yard and other "goodies" that you could take and use at the beach!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We had an absolute blast and found that the house was located in a wonderful spot. 1 block off the main road, yet, still in the heart of all the action! We were literally 3 minute walk from the ocean!
If you needed a sign, this is it. I know you will not be disappointed!

We loved this beach house! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Spacious layout, clean, comfortable accommodations. Our favorite part was the outside area! The landscaping allows for privacy. The fruit tree was a bonus. The owner stopped by with a gift, which was a nice and welcoming surprise.

We arrived at this house and they were doing construction on a house next door. What a bummer! The house was beautiful and clean and close to the beach. But the construction started early on Saturday morning and was very destructive. On the second day there started to be a bad smell on the main level. I texted vacasa and heard nothing back. The hot tub was also gross. It was sandy and obviously hadn't been cleaned recently. It also had a smell. We never figured out what the smell was and it never went away. So I'm not sure what to say about this place, except that it looks good on paper but the reality wasn't so perfect.

The house is in a fantastic location to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are well laid out and the parking is big enough for three cars. Overall, we really enjoyed the house and would recommend to others.

The house was nice. My daughter, mom amd grandkids got there 1st and we got there the next day. We reported an AC issue with the upstairs bedroom and did not get a follow up phone call at all. We had to keep reporting it and when we got back to the house on Saturday afternoon, they finally had put in a standing AC to help resolve the issue, which was our last night. This was very unacceptable since due to the heat, it made it very hard to sleep, still confused why they disnt do the temporary fix the 1st day it was reported and did not follow up.with any calls to us, we kept having to call about the issue.

The house would have been perfect with a few improvements. The kitchen lacked some essentials...only 1 dish towel and only a few forks provided. Thats hard with a house this size. Our AC in the master bedroom went out and it was very hot all day for 2 out of our 3 days. We had to talk to the management many times and still they were not able to provide us with a portable AC unit. Wish they would have compensated us accordingly.

We have been coming to AMI 3-4 times a year for three years now. This is the BEST spot this far. Great location, FANTASTIC home, wonderful backyard with hot tub. It checks ALL the boxes!!! Will be back FOR SURE.

This was our first time renting a house on a home renters site, I was so nervous, but was pleasantly surprised! This house is BEAUTIFUL! It’s so spacious, clean and just comfortable. The beach is close, as well as super close to good restaurants and a Publix. We will definitely stay here again! We had our daughter’s 18th birthday party here…our daughter and 7 of her closest friends. They all had plenty of room and places to sleep. Her dad and I used the upstairs suite, and the king bed fit us perfectly. The roof top deck was great for sunsets. The hot tub was a huge hit too, and the hammock! We just love this place!

Although we did not spend much time in the house, we loved staying there. It was so close to the beach. It also had a fun rooftop patio with ocean view which we loved using. Would definitely recommend this house and we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The staff was helpful. It was a great house for our 2 families. The toddlers enjoyed the bunk beds/trundle bed. It was nice sitting out near the fire pit and on the roof top. It’s only a short walk to the beach and in a nice location. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great place for my whole family. Walking distance to the ocean and centrally located in the middle of the island so it I wasn’t to far to anything. The house was clean and perfect. I would definitely rent this house again!!

House had everything you need, upper deck provided awesome sunset views. Great location with short walk to Bridge street and just one block to beautiful beaches! We would stay at Sunset Oasis again!

Loved the location of the home, it was clean and in a great location. Loved everything about the home and our stay but was disappointed that we were nor able to get local channels to watch football on Sunday and Monday night.
