Perfect for what we needed.

A super private room in someone’s annexe. We had everything we needed. A smart bathroom, a comfy chair, comfy beds & tea/coffee making facilities with a microwave, fridge, toaster & sufficient cutlery & Crockett. The host was on hand if we needed anything.

Great little hideaway

Ideal location for exploring the villages of Suffolk.clean and comfortable with an engaging host. Great little patio to sit out on on warm evenings. Can make microwave meals

The only thing that would have made it a 10 rather than 9 would be a small hob but I do get that it would be difficult to incorporate and it doesn't put me off wanting to stay again.

An idyllic, quiet location in which to stay if visiting Ipswich

The property is a self-contained apartment with access to the owner’s large, well-kept garden. It is separate from the main house and so enjoys privacy. All fixtures and fittings are modern and the property is in excellent decorative order.

A comfortable refuge overlooking a lovely garden

The location was great, overlooking the lovely garden. In a peaceful area. The host was very helpful. There was a fridge and microwave but no hob. Fresh milk was available.

According to booking.com there was no parking. In fact, the host allowed me to park outside the main house, but this will not always be possible as I was blocking her car. There was no other parking nearby. Guests would have to park on the street further down the hill

Would stay again when next time in the area.

Wonderful host. Very friendly and gave lots of information on places to visit etc.

Wifi was a bit slow/intermittent and possibly could be improved by using a WiFi booster.

Perfect couldn't have asked for more

Clean and a lovely room very friendly owner.

First time we've stayed here and it was lovely. Very clean and the owner couldn't do more very friendly and made us very welcome. Wifi was good and beds comfortable. Everything was spotless and its very peaceful and nice to have our own space. Will definitely be booking again.

The accomodation is perfect for us and nicely prepared

Despite there being a kettle and some rrababd coffee no milk was supplied ( fridge too!) The towels were clean but really small. And the WiFi password didn't work

Nothing! I was a little surprised that it was in someone's actual garden, but we had ample privacy and didn't feel uncomfortable on the property. A few less spiders in the bathroom would've been nice though

The flat was conveniently located for my needs with parking. I stayed for a party in a nearby village. The place is spotless, comfortable and had everything I needed.

During a difficult time for us our hosts made life much easier. Thank you.

Our host who, when she saw that I am disabled and very heavy and would not be comfortable on the small chair took action. We were invited into her home, chose a comfy chair which she and her son then installed in the room. Could not ask for more help and kindness. Thoroughly recommended.

Convenient for town centre yet lovely and quiet. Bonus was the outside terrace overlooking garden

Good accommodation with nice garden views, but would have liked some milk for our tea!

It would have been nice to have had some milk to go with the tea and coffeee sachets! There was a fridge but nothing in it.

It was a lovely space but wouldn't go back because of the steep driveway & damage caused to our car

It was a lovely private outbuilding with nice clean beds & facilities - It had everything we needed. It would be nice in Summer as it backed onto a lovely big garden.

The drive way leading up to the house was extremely steep with not a lot of turning space at the top of the drive. As you turn into the property off of a main road, we scrapped the front bottom of our car, even though we were going really slowly, so we tried reversing back out & it scrapped it again. Not good for lower vehicles or sports cars.

Beautiful little property set in lovely grounds. Everything you need for a nights stay. Very pretty and clean. Also includes parking. Although not stated on Booking.com

Garden room short stay.

Lovely setting in the large garden. New and very clean. Friendly accomodating owner. Location ideal for a wedding we were attending.

Lack of hanging space but we were given a couple of coat hangers when we asked. It needed a little more kitchen equipment, maybe a sharp knife, scissors and a toaster would make it easier to prepare our breakfast.

Clean, modern, private and quiet. Nice garden setting. No dogs around. Big television. Great shower, lots of instant very hot water.

Nowhere to hang your clothes or coats.
