Very thin walls so could hear a lot of noise from other floors , rooms

There was a lot near by and the room was amazing
There was so much traffic and there should be more selection in the pub

Separate hotel to the pub, so was quiet
Freezing cold, couldn't get heating to work and no one would answer phone to help, or on the chat and didn't send email as promised.
