The Space: The property is just a 5 minute drive from the Central Business District. Make the most out of your time at The Lola, the perfect home base for exploring the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, our patented memory foam Nest Beds, and a 4K Smart TV in each bedroom and living room. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOM: This property sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) - Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2) Additional beds cannot be provided. BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym and lobby. LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Laundry is free to use. 2. Located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. 3. There is a sign on the main floor indicating the location of the laundry room PARKING: If you are travelling by car, please take note of the parking information: Street parking Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Prices provided at time of parking, free street parking is on Sunday. *Roami is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or content. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Steamer, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. 1 pack-n-play crib and stair gates provided upon availability. AREA: The approximate unit size is 1000 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property The Neighborhood: Central Business District Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Property was pretty much as advertised. Newer build and like lots of new places, furnished basically. Good location. The virtual check in was different but waving on the way in to the person sitting who-knows-where on the screen was a hoot. The fire alarm went off at 2 am and it took awhile to get fixed. Not on site and not enough help.

I loved my stay at the sextant. The staff were excellent and communicative. The location was a 5⭐️ for those wanting to be near the convention center. The unit was super clean and spacious. All in all, can't wait to be back!

This is a really nice place and looks just like the pics. There is a rooftop that you can go to and chill and vibe with friends and family. They are very good about communicating too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!!

This property gave me life, I've had a couple bad experiences with Airbnb, but this property was everything to me and my guest, from the state of the art amenities the smart system security, and it was so clean and it smell so fresh, literally minutes from everything, I give this property 10 stars, I will only stay at sextant property from here on out.
