Staff very friendly
Guests above us was very loud during quiet times of night.

Location was ok, close enough to the French quarter, two street cars lines are within 4-5 blocks away. Safe, clean area. Our one bedroom suite was good size and very comfortable. We didn’t use breakfast or pool, so no options there.
We had room facing the Main Street and it was super noisy. Didn’t want to bother with moving the rooms, used noise machine, just be aware. Offered Valet parking is super expensive, my SUV would have cost 68$, there was paid parking just down the block, 22$ per day, paid by phone. Other than that it was good 4 days in NOLA.

They offered a long-stay discount, and I found it a great place to stay for 5 nights, especially at the price. It was reasonably quiet at night; I much appreciated the cooking facilities and dishwasher in the apartment, and the personnel were very friendly and helpful. An issue was that the room was fixed straight away. The breakfast is above average, with a good amount of choices. The room also had a decent-sized desk for work.

Comfortable bed, pillows are horrible. Nothing stood out. Just a decent hotel for a 2 night stay
Had to call 3 times for shower gel to be replaced in shower and it still never happened. Description gives the impression that parking is on-site, it is not. I don't normally buy bottled water from a hotel so the price may be normal, but $5.25 for a 16oz bottle is steep.
