Perfect if you are attending a convention center across the street.

The rooms were large and well appointed.

The $42 fee per day to park at the hotel seemed excessive. There was adequate street parking on a Sunday, but the street into the hotel was narrow and bumpy, which made getting your luggage in and out a bit of a hassle.

Great location, only sometimes great service

The valet and breakfast staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The size of our room was nice and was convenient for relaxing and resting after exploring all day. The location is fantastic, close proximity to lots of restaurants and things to do. Breakfast options were great

We were there for almost 5 days and not once did housekeeping service our room. So we had to stop at the front desk for things to restock our room, which in itself not a big deal. But what was not awesome was how the front desk staff acted as though we were inconveniencing them by asking. I could really have done without regular eye rolls. It's not our fault housekeeping didn't stop by Maybe take your frustrations and annoyance up with that situation instead of being rude to guests. The beds- were clean but overall uncomfortable. If you prefer a firm mattress , you will enjoy the beds. I prefer more medium and felt I was sleeping on a cardboard box, so your experience could vary based on preference

Superb location, great comfort, modest staff, ultra clean

As I had been invited to participate in an International Conference in the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA, the Hampton Inn is the closest hotel located, just across the road. It took only a couple of minutes to reach the venue ! The Staff all-in-all were courteous, "accommodative" (pun intended!) and helpful. The modest person (I guess Gersan was his name) who checked me in was super copoerative and gave me the best room available with a view. Even for the vacationer, the Hotel is close to riverwalk the Mississippi Pier, the French Quarter, several Museums and the famous Aquarium. All within walking distance. The hotel is kept spick-and-span. Also has a laudry room with coin and credit-card operable machines. That is an added convenience !

All was OK, but may I suggest that for vegetarians such as myself, if they could provide more options in the continental breakfast, it will be highly appreciated !

Hotel em frente ao convention center, perto também do outlet, Canal St e French quarter. Quarto grande e confortável, funcionários atenciosos. Precisei trocar de quarto por motivo de barulho do vizinho e me atenderam prontamente.

Achei que faltou capricho na limpeza e arrumação da roupa de cama. Mas o que me desapontei foi o café da manhã: poucas opções e muito pesadas (doce e gordura), praticamente nada de saudável, fruta só maçã. Usam copo, prato e talheres descartáveis pra tudo, num mundo de hoje em que nos preocupamos com sustentabilidade isso me deu agonia. Mas conversei com colegas e parece ser assim em todos os hotéis da cidade.

Misleading information regarding free shuttle & location to cruise port

Good breakfast

The website says hotel is the closest to the cruise port, which is not true. Website says free shuttle to the cruise port but guests are made to come stand in a long line at 8am the day of their cruise to sign up for the shuttle, only to be told there is only 1 time to be shuttled. We were in line well before 8am, reached the desk at about 8:30 to be told there is only 1 time which was 9am. We hadn't showered, had breakfast & weren't boarding until 12-12:30pm so this one & only time didn't work for us, resulting in having to pay for a taxi. We booked at this hotel based on free shuttle & closest to terminal, which both ended up to be not the case.

You possibly won’t have a room when you arrive!

Wouldn’t know - you cancelled our reservation while we were en route and then just sent a text telling us we no longer had a room!

Says it’s the closest to the NCL cruise terminal - not true at all. Terrible customer service!

Overall very clean hotel with a great breakfast in a perfect location for cruising!

Location was perfect for cruising and close to fun places to go check out the city.

Slow elevators, bed were a bit too firm for our liking.

Little Get Away

I loved that everything was close by. I loved the breakfast. I loved how the staff greeted us upon arrival.

I really didn't care too much for the valet parking. I had to take alot with me out the car. I didn't care too much for the small pool area. It needs to be expanded for all the guesses they had.

Very convenient location for a fair price. I loved the breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent. Many options were always available. The location is excellent, very close to the main attractions and in a safe place.

The facilities look a little old, but for the price and the location, it is fair.

Beware of information you’re told when you make your reservations

Very pretty

The property is all good. Great location, friendly staff. BUT. Our group of 14 was told we would have transportation to our cruise ship and we find out when we checked in they you can only use the shuttle if we parked on property. We came in on Amtrak. So now we have to find a way to the ship. It’s extremely hot and it’s not like we could walk. It’s 4 minutes by car but a 15 walk in extreme heat.

The location of the room. I was on the 3rd floor and all I could see was roof top. The breakfast was free but very sparce.

Stay somewhere else!!

We had to switch rooms 4 times. Room1) smelt awful and was dirty. Room2) the floor”carpet” was wet. Room3) the neighbor was smoking MJ. Room 4) upgraded and it still was bad having ants all over the place. Guest service. Specifically parking attendant was RUDE!
