Terrific location, a breeze to get into the French Quarter, catch the streetcars, do the museums, ferry etc. And - best of all - wonderfully restful and quiet.
The heritage building is beautiful, and the spaces and facilities are great.
Easy-to-follow instructions to enter the property.
Our lovely, large living-room had very uncomfortable furnishings. I reported to management that our sofa-bed had been broken previously and could not be sat in comfortably. But it would have needed replacing, taking longer than our stay. But they would have moved our apartment if we had insisted, and we didn’t.
The other chair slides out and is loose, so basically we never used the living room. A few other things needed repair or replacement, like the two bedside lamp switches.

Strong smell in the elevator and hallways. I assume it’s an air refresher but probably not my preference
