Location was great and staff was friendly.
Staff didn’t make up and refresh the bed until we asked. The lobby for the elevators has direct access to outside so the heat and humidity is in the hallway which makes it uncomfortable.

Good location if you want to stay in the French Quarter but maybe not best for families.
Despite being a bed and breakfast booking we have still to resolve being charged for breakfast. Pool is very warm and quite small. A few extras such as the $30 per night tourist tax and $55 per night valet charge. Had a Las Vegas hotel feel to it.

we were charged for breakfast but our booking.com rate included breakfast - still trying to get a refund from the hotel but with no luck!!!!

Staff was welcoming and nice. Bed was great and room was nicely furnished
We had to ask for the room to be cleaned. It was only cleaned twice across 8 days we stayed there. It was poorly cleaned, they didn't empty the trash or wiped the surfaces, only made the bed.
They took a towel and didn't replace it. Didn't add toilet paper while it was clear we were running out. We had to ask to get some more.
They tried to make us pay for internet at the end of our stay while it had been very clear from the beginning that it was included in our destination fee.
