Price and location
The old himes in this district are what they are. The room was very small, and the floor was not level which made inebriated navigation comical.

Perfect mix of amenities, quirky vibes, friendly staff, and prime location.
For me, the bed was too firm. It would also be amazing to have more relaxing seating in the pool area.

The staff was AMAZING, esp. Bianca who consistently helped us with eating suggestions when asked. Erica also gave us great places for breakfast that had vegetarian options for our friend. Angel was also very helpful during our stay. The location was excellent with close walking to great music, Bourbon St and the French Market. The room was big enough for our needs and comfortable with the air conditioning. The pool was wonderful after a day on our feet! Ice was available at the desk to fill our water bottles for the day too.
I truly cannot think of anything that was missing to enhance our stay.

The location is excellent.
The room was fairly worn and not as clean as one would hope. Freshening is in order.
