It was convenient to everything! We had plenty of food options, coffee shops, shopping, quick uber rides to main locations, etc. The staff was so friendly and the hotel is very well maintained!

The location was close to the French Quarter yet tucked away on the backside where we could see the riverboats (ughhh but in line with the railroad so although on the 27th floor it could be heard). The facility was very clean and the main floor was elegant.
I did like the two separate elevators, one to bring you to the reception floor and a separate elevator to take you up to your specific room floor and you you must use your room key to activate the elevator, added safety. I liked that!
There was no directions as you entered to let patrons know that the reception/check in desk is located on the 11th Floor. There should be something posted as you enter.
Seems like it’s time for some elevator maintenance. They wobble badly as you take the elevator up to your room. It can be unnerving to say the least. Elevators shouldn’t shake, it should be a smooth ride.
There was only one bath towel in the room. In this day and time especially in the humid summer there should be at least 4 towel sets to a room, too much to go back down to request more.

My room was good and clean nice view. Location also good.
On my last night, there was no hot water, so I was unable to take a shower. Unfortunately, the issue continued the following morning, and there was still no hot water available.
Additionally, the parking fees are quite expensive. However, what was truly shocking was the room service pricing. An omelet with bacon, one glass of yogurt, a coffee, and an orange juice cost $97 for just one person. That is extremely overpriced and very disappointing.
Unfortunately, these issues significantly impacted my overall experience.
