This hotel was gorgeous, clean, and the people working there were so sugary sweet. I would come stay again and again. They also gave complimentary Zapp's chips to welcome you which was a lovely welcome to New Orleans as someone from Philly visiting for the first time!
I didn't like that breakfast wasn't included despite the booking website saying it was. I don't mind that it wasn't free, I just wish booking.com accurately represented that ahead of time so I would have saved up more money.

The sewer smell was unpleasant, and quiet hours were not enforced. Some guests were loud at night, including in the pool, which disrupted other customers

Appreciated the proximity to where I was working. Location was within walking distance to my place of work and to many restaurants and bars. Liked the hotel was off the main strip and down 2-3 blocks which made it a quieter stay. The temperature the room stayed consistently cool however I did hear other guests complain about their A/C not working while passing thru the lobby.
The linens and the room itself could have been cleaner. I failed to take a picture but the bed skirt of the king-sized bed I had looked as if it hadn't been washed in months. Clear and visible stains of some kind all over it.
