The location is perfect. Walking distance from the restaurants, market and beach. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious and the staff helpful and friendly. Also, more than enough and safe parking inside the premises.

Checking window of just 3 hours (14 - 17pm) and outside it they try to charge you...
We had to rush our visit to boulders beach because of this...

The staff member at reception (Thomas?)was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the location was very convenient: we were walking distance from the main beach, shops, restaurants and a local evening market. I will definitely stay there again

The location is wonderful. Short distance walks to the beach, restaurants and shopping centre's. Not quiet in the sense that there's no noise but enough that the walks feel safe. Close to the main road for easy access to the rest of the town. Wonderful staff and facilities, enjoyed the concept of an honesty bar/fridge.
The apartment itself needed a bit more thorough cleaning. There was layers of dust on the blinds, the headboard and several other places. The fleece blanket had crusted food on it. It also needed a more thorough stock in terms of kitchen utensils.
The shower curtain did not allow privacy and let out more water onto bathroom floor. And the cold water tap in the shower does not work well when the hot water reaches temp.
