It had all the amenities we needed and allowed us to clean our clothes too. We needed to figure out how to dry our clothes which took a bit of time though.
The bed could use a better pillow that supports the neck as it was a little big for me.
I prefer having staff manning the hotel but it still worked out great since we were able to connect with them about anytime and we were able have questions answered and solved.

夏場なので洗濯機が使えてよかった。
キッチンがあり子どもがいたので朝食を簡単に作って部屋で食べられて助かった。
快適でした。
トイレットペーパー置き？が壊れていたのか使う度にトイレットペーパー置きごと外れて困った。

スタッフさんが素早く対応してくださり、壊れていたケトルや内釜がボロボロだった炊飯器を変えてくださりました。途中でティッシュがなくなった時も置き場所を教えてくださりました。
お風呂の換気口にカビがビッシリだったり、お風呂の換気扇がホコリでいっぱいだったのがとても残念でした。また、構造上致し方ないのかもしれませんが、トイレが独立しておらず、お風呂の出口から、洗濯機、洗面台、トイレ（むき出し）という設定にかなり違和感がありました。家族同士といえど、誰かがトイレを使っているとお風呂にも入れず、朝夕は渋滞エリアになります。洗濯機に乾燥機能がついていますが、殆ど乾かないので風呂場で乾かす感じですが、先に述べた翌日乾燥の状態たからかあまり乾きません。
