Everyone can come stay in this beautiful home by the beach, including the family dog! This bright, airy home features central air conditioning and a ceiling fan in every room (10 in total!) to make sure you feel comfortable coming home from the beach. There's a private washer/dryer on site so that you can take care of sandy clothes right away. After all, your time's better spent cooking up something delicious on the private gas grill or relaxing on the screened-in balconies. Gaze out into the night sky with the provided telescope. Two full kitchens and plenty of living space ensure that everyone will have room to enjoy themselves. With so many beautiful beaches nearby (including Manatee Public Beach, Cortez Beach, and Anna Maria Public Beach, all within one-and-a-half miles), it's easy to switch things up and see a new side to the ocean. Take a break with something fishy at The Ugly Grouper and something savory at Smoqehouse, both within two-and-a-half miles. If you just can't stay away from the water, take a tour with Cortez Watersports - they're based just one-and-a-half miles away! Things to know: We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October. Snowbirds welcome A double sofabed provides extra sleeping space. Access and features for guests with limited mobility. Beach towels, blankets, one beach umbrella, and two beach chairs are available for guest use. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. City/town permit number: TPL19-000051

The house is in a good location and in fair condition for a beach house. Door locks (A & B) and washing machine did not work (A). We arrived and were stuck outside for an hour because of the door locks. Luckily we had side B rented as well, so we were able to use its washing machine.

Very nice property. The door locks were very difficult to work with and took way too much time to unlock and lock them.

The property was great. Good value, excellent location. Was a great to have two separate units so folks had some space to spread out. The internet didn't work in one of the units and it was a bit frustrating that that never was fixed. Someone from the management company came to look at it but we never heard anything else. Plenty of beach accessories, super close to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed.

This home was in the perfect location with comfy beds and plenty of parking. The home was clean and there were plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc provided. The only downside was there weren't any dressers and only a couple hangers so I had to live out of my suitcase for a week. Otherwise, perfect stay! We will definitely be back.

We Loved our stay in this home. There was plenty of room for all of us (9 of us) to spread out and plenty of parking. We were steps from the beautiful beach. We also put our boat in the boat ramp nearby for a couple days on the water by boat! The house was well equipped with what we needed for a great stay! We would stay again!!

The fridge and freezer stopped working when we left for the entire day for my wedding. When we returned that night all the food and beverages that all 8 people bought had been ruined. The washer machine and dryer on the one unit did not work properly. The laundry door fell of the track when we used it and hit one of the girls. I was able to put the door back into the track properly so it would not fall again. Other than our food being ruined, we enjoyed our stay. But it was one problem after the other with some of the things in the house.
