We had a great stay! Spacious unit, comfy beds, plenty of extra towels, great location, walking distance to Garnet St with tons of restaurants and bars. Beach is a 20-25 minute walk. Unit itself was very quiet, barely any street noise but very close to all the action of PB. Sauna out back (not in the listing) was a nice bonus. FYI, only given 2 rolls of toilet paper so we had to buy an extra. Only decaf coffee available for Keurig so had to buy our own k-cup. Fan in the smaller bedroom didn’t work but this wasn’t too big of an issue since it wasn’t summer time when we were there. Overall great place for the price!

House is perfect for two adults and two children. Beds are super comfy. House is super clean and the shower has amazing pressure. Would definitely recommend for a quick weekend getaway.

Great rental, gated for our grandson and his dog. The unit had everything needed to cook with and the AC was a blessing with the heatwave we had for a couple of days! My favorite was the backyard, Great for BBQ, but the beds in the house were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. We will definitely be back next summer ☀️

Great location in PB. Rental as pictured. Very tastefully decorated and clean. Very private outdoor space. Management very responsive to questions. Close to all San Diego has to offer. Short drive, 5 minutes to beach. Walkable to many PB restaurants.

One thing to note make sure you secure the front gate properly you have to lift the gate up a little bit to get the bolt to go in. I didn't secure it properly when I was first arriving and my dog got outside the gate and walked down the sidewalk a little ways before I realized it gave me a little scare. Once you secure it is very secure it stays closed. Front and backyard are both nice to hang out in and it's a good location you can walk to many restaurants there's also a Vons and a Petco close by.

the house was great & just what we needed! love the yard too. we did have an issue that still hasn’t been addressed. we called & they said we would get a call back but never happened. so that was disappointing. so i would still like a call back please. other than that the stay/place was great! also the fridge kept making weird noises.

We loved this cottage in Pacific Beach and it met most of our needs for our getaway. It was clean, in a convenient location, and had most staples. Everything worked well. Would recommend the hosts have an extra blanket and extra pillows in the linen closet for use on the pull out sofa.

Over all we loved the home. It was very clean and the beds were cozy. The outdoor area was very relaxing and well kept. We had a lot of trouble went wrong the property but we were able to get in after talking with Vacasa and eventually the owner herself. It would be nice to have things such as salt and pepper or oil in the house as that made it more expensive and wasteful for us to cook. Also a neighbor or someone parked on the street crashed into our car and broke our bike rack making it hard to get our two bikes home. So just be careful of your car being parked outside. It’s impossible to park in the “driveway” unless you have a motorcycle or smart car. Overall we were very happy with our stay
