The is an incredible 5 bedroom 6 and a half bath home. This home features unobstructed gulf views you are sure to fall in love with. Featuring 2 master en-suites, with one bedroom being king size bed and the other being 2 queen size beds. 3 sitting areas, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and Smart TV. Enjoy breathtaking gulf views from the second or private third-floor balconies. The beach is just a walk, golf cart, or drive away! 7 Smart TVs have been added and connected to INTERNET, a computer workstation also has been added to the amenities. This house is conveniently located 1.9 miles east of the Big Store you are not far from getting anything you would need.----Small pets welcome with a fee and no smoking please! Seanutt has several companion houses located nearby. Spoonbill, Imperial Palace, and Pete's Place would all be perfect to rent alongside Seanutt for a family reunion. Small dogs (35 pounds and under) allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation home, Seanutt was beautiful in a perfect location. The only issue was the kitchen was not clean. I understand there is a mandatory cleaning fee but the kitchen did not seem as if it was cleaned before our arrival.

The Seanutt was one of the home we have enjoyed the most but it was not very clean. it needs a lot of work. I did call in a maintenance request but was never taken care of.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home away from home. The one thing that should be addressed is the stairs going up to the 1st porch/patio. There should be a sign that states "Watch your step" because it was higher than the other steps. We would definitely rent this property in the future.

The fact that each room has its own bathroom is a major plus! The kitchen / dining / living space is great for community. Parking is spacious. Beach access is close. The Big Store is not far away.

I was also unable to go upstairs due to the wobbly handrail on the staircase. These were minor issues for me. Everything else was great. My family of 22 people enjoyed our time together for our vacation. Thanks to Swedes for making it easy to rent this home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spacious rental is perfect for our annual birding trip for Spring Migration. Spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We have rented this same property for several years. However, there are a few items that need work. The grill has two broken legs, isn't at all clean and the utensils need to be discarded. It should be replaced with a gas grill so it isn't a fire hazard. The downstairs outside shower head needs cleaning so the spray will hit properly. These are small itens easily addressed. The patio furniture is not "luxury". In fact, it is shabby, not appropraite outdoor furntiure and needs updating. I will be glad to attach pictures.

I looked for a property that could easily accommodate 20-22 people at one time. The Seanutt was perfect for our family dynamic! Each bedroom has its own bath. Our only issue was we were not made aware of a 10hr “scheduled” power outage that ended up lasting 33hours! We made the best of a difficult situation and made lasting memories. We will definitely be doing this again!!💜

good location near beach and good amount of space. but property was very dirty - everything seemed to be sticky from the carpets to the dishes. Also, it doesn't come with linens, basic toiletries or paper products (TP, Kleenex), which is quite annoying for a relatively short trip.
