For shared use: table tennis, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, laundry (extra), bicycles available (extra). Available: canoe, boat (extra). Central parking spaces. E-charging station. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 200 m, bar 750 m, café, bus stop "Molenweg" 1.4 km, railway station "Uitgeest" 4 km, sandy beach 6 km, bathing lake "Zwaansmeer" 1.2 km.
