We did not have breakfast but the building was secured for our car and the location was quiet and close to all other central touring spots.
The pull out sofa bed crashed to the floor in the night with my son sleeping. Perhaps it should not be used as a bed and a couch only.

There was no breakfast served so I don't have a comment. However I did liked the fact that it was centrally located it had a full functioning kitchen and two separate bedrooms
I didn't like the fact that it was hard to locate the staff. I wish they would've informed us that there is a fee for cleaning your room prior to booking the room so I would have been prepared
