Usually, customer service staff ask for a review in return for good service. However, in this case, the team, especially Serkhan Bey, was unconditionally supportive and genuinely caring, not only towards us but towards every guest. For example, the team spirit was also in cleaning staff, waiters at the breakfast, and overall uplifting vibe of the hotel, created by people working there.
It made me reflect on how rare it is to experience such service, and how it is really possible to impress guests without expecting anything in return.

The location est very good. The hotel is near to aksaray metro station to all means of transports and to all shops in laleli. They are flexible concerning the checkout time when it is possible.
The room does not have any windows. The restaurant is very small and the kitchen too which results in a small delay in preparing breakfast.
