- Personnel plutôt sympathique.
- Ambiance correcte.
- Bien placé pour pouvoir se rendre rapidement à l'île Ndere.
- Literie confortable.
- Wifi correct, moyennant la délivrance d'un code valable 24 heures.
- Douche qui tombe en ruine (porte vitrée qui se dégonde).
- Placard dont les charnières ne tiennent plus.
- Manque d'initiative, notamment pour fourniture de lunch boxes à emporter, l'équipe attend qu'on leur dise quoi mettre dedans.
- Navette aéroport, non présente à l'arrivée ; envoi d'un Über au lieu d'un taxi !
- Contrairement aux termes de la réservation, attribution d'une chambre sans balcon et sans aucune vue.
- Pas de briefing au check in sur le fonctionnement de l'établissement.
