The hotel ran out of sandwiches when we ordered. We only wanted to eat light for breakfast and we were disappointed when the staff told us that sandwiches were not available.
On our first night, there was coming from the faucet. The following morning, one of our friends took so long to take a bath because there was no water coming from the faucet while he was taking a bath. So, we were late for our activity on the second day. Kindly see to it that all is well every day and should not wait for heads up coming from the guests. We also saw some small insects (cockroaches) in the room.

My boyfriend likes the room, but personally, I’m a little disappointed. I reserved a Deluxe Room, but the room we were given seems more like a Standard Room. My boyfriend is happy with it, though, so I just wanted to clarify if this is indeed the Deluxe Room we booked.
There were a lot of insects in the comfort room, which made me feel uncomfortable.
