The rooms were exceptionally clean, there was an empty "mini bar" style fridge in the room which we could use to store our food and beverages. The breakfast was good, even though the photos on the room's tablet showed a lot more choices that were clearly missing. Free parking. Friendly staff at the check in and the hotel bar.
We booked two hotel rooms "close together". They were next to each other but the doors were at very different locations and hard to memorize for kids. We booked one Double and a Twin room, however the twin came with the 2 beds next to each other and one giant blanket. The staff changed this on request quickly. Rooms where very bright in the morning, giant windows and no shutters.

The soundproofing, the bed
Unattended outdoor paid parking, lack of fresh fruit at breakfast, coffe machine out fo order during entire stay period, lack of espresso coffee at breakfast (available for a fee), few pastries at breakfast, room cleaning not daily even if requested at check-in, poor room cleaning, lack of receipt of payment for the stay
