Location and shuttle
I stayed here twice - once on arrival and then on departure. For arrival stay: there were three people/groups ahead of me at check-in- and took at least 30 minutes for me to get a room - check-in is slow and cumbersome - Although breakfast selections were fine, not all were served at same time. Waited a long time for the eggs to be replenished - and they weren't hot. For departure: They have strict check-in early policy - I arrived 90 minutes before 3:00 pm and staff was adamant it was not possible to check in early - didn't even check if room was available -

The people working there are very nice. It is close to the airport.
Unfortunately, our experience was overall poor, especially given the high price of the room. It took over 40 minutes to get to the hotel after arriving at the airport. Despite communicating in advance via WhatsApp (as requested) about our arrival, the hotel would not provide instructions on where to meet the shuttle until after we landed. It took 30 minutes to get a response, then 10 minutes riding in a completely packed van. When we arrived, they knowingly gave us a room with a broken air conditioner as it had two fans in the room. Cali is hot and humid so this was not acceptable. The bed was also covered in hair. Thankfully, the woman at the front desk switched our room without a problem, yet the new room still had a full trash can from the previous guest. The hassle upon arrival is not what any traveler wants after a long day.
