- During your stay, the homeowner will be on-site twice a week to take care of the garbage. The homeowners will be entering the garage on Thursday night to take the trash out and will return on Friday morning to put the trash cans back into the garage. Please note that the owners will not be going inside at any time

The Townhouse was very nice, exactly as I had expected. We were unable to get the dishwasher started and contacted the owners. There were a few cleanliness issues. One of the showers looked like it hadn't been cleaned very well and overall the townhouse looked like it could have been swept better and vacuumed better. There was a big hairball just outside the door in the bushes as if someone had just swept it there. It's a beautiful property! Overall it was a great stay.
