great location

dirty, fixtures damaged, and no linen provided. The Owners boat in the garage couldn't fit my car in. No air conditioning

Rip off

The location was good - close to the pub, coffee and waterfront. Kitchen bar stools were great.

The whole place smelt like dog / wee. Hot water ran out (with only two of us), so couldn't have a proper bath which was disappointing. Toilet roll holder in ensuite falls off in your hand, no AC, several broken doors / dodgy doors. TV in loungeroom pretty much hanging from the wall crooked. Balcony off lounge dirty. It wasn't nice to walk on the tiles it was that bad. Cold tap in laundry sink didn't work either. For $300 per night it was a total rip off to be honest. Won't be staying here again.

looked very nice and comfortable to stay in.

bathroom doors didn’t close, didn’t have Netflix on the TV, didn’t come with Internet, didn’t have air conditioning and and it did suck about not having a elevator.

Spacious unit, modern fittings

That the property was spacious and modern.

That there was no aircon, it was very hot and humid. Place definitely needs an aircon. The doors to balcony and bathroom were not on properly hard to get in bathroom at some times and balcony one kept coming off.
