Lovely large room, staff VERY attentive and helpful. Quiet room.
About a 15/20min walk to main areas but this didn’t bother us just something to bear in mind if wanting to book closer to the centre.

Large space, nice street, high quality bathroom fixtures, good location (1km from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and 1km from Vincom Centre Ba Trieu on the other side), comfortable atmosphere. Top value overall.

The stays were excellent and the service was superb, the host is very helpful even tho we never meet them in person, but they help us through the WhatsApp and quick response.
The construction next door is quite disappointing, starts at 7 in the morning. I read it on the review before I booked this hotel and thought it was 2 or 3 months ago, it should be stopped or finished, unfortunately not. I found that there is a construction warehouse right next door so there will be forever noise if you stay here. No wonder people always complaining and wrote about it even tho the host said they will fixed it.
The location is quite far from the old quarter. We have to take a Grab Car to go everywhere.
You have to buy waters because they did not refill the water and they only clean the room once in four days since this is an apartment, not a regular hotel. So it’s good for a long staying guest, not a short terms visitor.
