The property is in an idyllic location, close to the owners home and another lodge. Within countryside, although minutes from main roads and easy access to all that Cornwall has to offer. Very quirky, historic property, really well converted with lots of room. Very large kitchen and well equipped for those who like to cook. Within large grounds which we were encouraged to explore. Hosts very helpful and friendly. Easy parking.
Given the location of the property the WiFi was a bit temperamental, although would work reliably after a while. Otherwise, nothing, we would go back if in the area.

We’ve had the best week away at Jopes Mill! Nick and Sally were both amazing and were always there if we needed anything. The Mill and the grounds are absolutely beautiful and so peaceful.
We all loved the peace and quiet, sitting outside until late in the evening, and my son particularly enjoyed fishing in the river. It was just the most relaxing week in such a beautiful setting.
We can’t wait to visit again! 😊 Thank you so much, Nick and Sally, for making our stay so special. ❤️

The decking area was a delight every morning and evening when we read, ate our meals or drank a glass of wine. With the sound of the stream running past it was simply the best place to relax and unwind.
The hob and microwave scrambled our brains. We finally mastered the hob, but the microwave was beyond our tech skills.
