You'll be only four blocks from 3rd Street Pier for sunsets and swimming, and there is even a launch site for kayaks and paddleboards. Don't hesitate to bring the kiddos along to Sandpoint City Beach Park located just under a mile from your front door for spectacular views of Lake Pend Oreille for fishing, boating, and water sports. For another way to frolic in the water, Silverwood Theme Park provides fun for the whole family, as well as more than 65 rides and casual dining. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the area's hiking and mountain biking options, particularly Schweitzer in the summer. The same area also serves as an excellent skiing location during the winter months. With plenty of room for larger groups to enjoy two spacious floors, there will be no delay in feeling right at home. Take each morning cup of coffee out to the expansive deck and watch the snowfall come winter or fire up the private gas grill for a summer cookout in the fresh air. After a full day of exploring the city, gather everyone in the living room for a movie night. The 65' 4K TV has Hulu streaming and paired with the warmth of the fire, it is the ultimate setup to unwind and relax. The chef of the group can whip up something tasty in the kitchen, with generous seating. Plus, the bar area will come in handy for an evening cocktail while reminiscing with loved ones as the stars come out. THINGS TO KNOW The vacation rental is the main and upper level - the owner occupies the lower level. This retreat offers 4k TVs in every bedroom. The living room TV has a 4k Blue Ray player and Bluetooth surround sound. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: There is Ring doorbell camera installed near the front door. It records both video and sound. There is also a camera located on the home's back door. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This house is in a perfect location. It’s within walking distance to a number of places. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. Randy was a great host. We hope to stay here again. I would have one request next, with the house being able to accommodate a large number of guests I was hoping there would have been a pack and play for our baby. All in all though we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back.

We checked in on Monday and out on Saturday. This comfortable property was the perfect base for skiing At Schweitzer and relaxing in town in the evenings. The bedroom/bathroom layout worked well for our guests, which included family and friends with an age range of 18 - 62. One of the best parts of the property is Randy, who lives in the first floor and was available when we needed him.

Me and four gals took a mom's trip to Sandpoint. This home was SO homey and comfortable. It was incredibly clean. The beds were all super comfy. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you might need. One of my favorites VRBOs I have ever stayed in!

Beautiful property with lots of amenities and great furnishings. The house is loaded with lots of things to use and we were wanting for nothing. Very nice deck at the back of the property. The only minor issues were as follows: owner lived in the basement, which is normally against VRBO rentals; the side street (Superior) was very noisy all night, early morning and throughout the day; when turning down the A/C just two degrees, the unit dripped constantly on the carpet until we raised the temperature back to the original setting; and the living room was a little small for a place that can accommodate 10 people. These are all minor issues because the home is lovely in a good location that is walkable to the town, City Beach, etc.

We are a family of 10 and the house was great for our vacation stay. There is lots of room, it is clean, and the basics are stocked, including a first aid kit. A/C units worked well and the rooms are all nicely setup and decorated. The kids enjoyed the moose decoration above the stairs. It is also close to the Sandpoint beach park, and convenient to get back on the highway if you don’t want to deal with the crowded park right there.

The pictures don't do this place justice. It's really quaint and equipped. We were in town for a family reunion an wedding and was able to have some family come to visit and it was really nice. Thank you for the lovely, stay! We'll be sure to book this again the next time we are in town.

The Pinetree Inn was very clean and centrally located. We came in for a family wedding near Sandpoint and the 4 bedrooms worked out perfectly for our crew.

We travel to Sandpoint twice a year on average for a business meeting and bring two employees as well. This house is so close to everything, and very comfortable. After a long day in meetings, it is nice to relax by the fire or on the deck depending on time of year. We are able to relax and make dinner and start the next day rested, so much better than a hotel. The home is thoughtfully equipped, beds are very comfortable, ad we have everything we need in the well stocked kitchen to make easy dinners. Love that you can walk to the lake, walk to town, and anyplace you need. We'll be back in the summer time!

We had a group of friends come to reunite and ski the weekend and this home was the perfect place to gather.
Randy was so sweet and snow plowed the driveway for us so we can get out with ease.
