About this apartment rental
Bright south west facing two bedroom apartment with dedicated wifi. The apartment is fully air conditioned and has a fully fitted kitchen and two bathrooms. One bedroom is furnished with bunk beds, ideal for smaller children. The southwest facing terrace has views to the garden, sea and communal swimming pools.
The complex is located on the beachfront and has four swimming pools, padel tennis courts, 24 hours security and underground parking. The complex is a short walk to the Duquesa's marina or the spanish town Sabinillas.

Well appointed, well equipped apartment. There was even had some tea bags and coffee sachets available on arrival and some shower gel/shampoo sachets to get you over the first night/morning which was a lovely touch. Location was super. Check in/out was seamless. Staff were extremely helpful.
Would definitely stay here again
Would definitely use Duguesa Estates again.
Would have been great to have a small safe in the apartment for use during our stay. A bonus would be a couple of beach chairs available in the apartment for use.

The aparrtment was clean, well equipped and in a perfect location for getting to the beach and marina on foot. Duquesa Estates were friendly and efficient and dealt with our tiny problem (failing entry fobs) immediately.
We were not informed in advance that the pools would be out of action. We were also disappointed that although the photos seem to show sun on the balcony what you see is the full extent that it reaches to. Maybe it improves later in the year.

We had a great stay in Duquesa and location of apartments was fabulous. Only draw back was the pool never opened until 11.30!
