On the positive side: beds, pillows, blackout curtain, plug-in under the phone table 1.5 m from the bed, adequate kitchen utensils, somewhat clean pool, close to beach.
So, with the low price of $20 a night it seems like a good value. The surrounding area is under development meaning that there are not a lot of people on the beach😎, but also not any variety of places to shop and eat within walking distance😬.

I was in room 308 of the hotel "Green Sunset" . I suspect that the listing covers multiple rooms, since this room seems too neglected to have top ratings. Also I noticed the listing has "310" in the title, which I suspect is the better room with the top ratings.
Room 308 has very dirty walls, the air conditioner barely cools the room, the fan is missing the switching button so you're only option is full blast, and the door sticks so much that it's difficult to open and shut. For your clothing, there are four hangers that fall apart easily, the beds have only sheets (no covers), there's no ice cube tray, and the top of the mini fridge is all rusted for some reason.
I stayed only two days, which was good because at the end of the second day the air conditioning quit working entirely and I would not have wanted to stay another day.
