the place is fairly clean

this place is extremely noisy! they section all the rooms so you can hear when your next door neighbours do everything, take shower , talk everything. it’s hard to have a PRIVACY ! I’ve had a next door guest trying to get in my room thinking it’s their room shouting outside my door! disturbing me! I had to wake up at 11 am of next door cooking and the alarm went off . however I didn’t even mention. the stuffs are extremely selfish they just take advantage of everything. I’ve booked so many times as genius 3 on booking .com this is the worst place I’ve come across! you can’t have privacy, the customer service is bad , they are very inconsiderate

Very clean space you have all you need, plus access to garden easy to check in, good location. I will definitely come back to book again. Everything is very modern and nice. I have no words to describe the experience.

A side table would be lovely and perhaps extra pillows, i know the space was tight but at least one on the side would have been enough, also a dimmer or even side lights as there are too many ceiling lights.

The location was in a great community, everything was perfectly easy to navigate such as check in. also very close to the Elizabeth line, which made travel into Central London easy. excellent experience overall!

The walls in the flat were very thin so you could hear the neighbors at times and vise versa. It was difficult to have conversations without feeling like we were being too loud.

Clean, advanced apartment.

Too much light in the rooms and there are no curtains, just white window blinds which light penetrates , impossible to sleep without an eye mask.

The property was very clean and looked well looked after. Checking in was easy and simple, we were also allowed to check in early as had arrived early. Property manager was very quick to reply with any requests made.

There were only hand towels, so if we were staying for a longer period we would need to bring our own towels. There was no small table to eat at which would have been a nice addition.

House keepers and the host were very rude and the host tried to take extra charges from us. Please only book via booking.com , if the host send you account details to transfer money for booking your stay please don’t send he charges more money and he might not book for us even. Please be careful guys with the housekeeper she is bit kind of mad, she don’t speak English and blames the guests saying that guests are abusing her, so please be careful with that mad housekeeper.
