There are many Ayurveda resorts and wellness centers in Kerala, but what I experienced at AYZ Resort was something very different and very personal to me. ❤️
“Atithi Devo Bhava” — अतिथि देवो भवः (अतिथी देवासमान असतो)
Treat your guest like God.
We hear these words so often in Indian culture, but here I actually felt them.
I came there for treatment, but very soon I stopped feeling like a guest or a customer. I felt at home. The warmth, care and personal attention I received from everyone made the whole experience so special that I honestly did not want to check out.
Even when it came to money, the trust they showed me touched me deeply. They trusted me completely, and I paid the remaining amount only after I reached the US. That kind of trust and relationship is something you don’t experience everywhere.
And Aai — you supported me so much and took care of diet and health. You are simply amazing, keep your blessings on me always. ❤️
For me, this was not just an Ayurveda treatment or a resort stay. I went there for healing, but I came back with beautiful people in my life.
That is my real meaning of Atithi Devo Bhava. 🙏❤️

Wonderful staff who were only too happy to help me with all of my needs. Delicious food and a beautiful calm location. Perfect for a restful relaxing stay.

Die Unterkunft lag am einem Fluss in schöner und ruhigen Umgebung ausserhalb von Kochi. Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen oder relaxen, Yoga oder Ayurveda Massagen zu geniessen. Die Besitzer bemühten sich sehr um das Wohl der Gäste und das Personal war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war überaus lecker und frisch, werde es vermissen. Kann es nur empfehlen, wenn man ein paar Tage ausspannen will. Eine Oase der Ruhe im sonst eher lauten Indien.
