Four blocks from the St. Charles Streetcar Line.. this is a great option to see the gorgeous mansions and Live Oak tree draping of St. Charles Avenue. Countless coffee shops and convenience stores located in a two block radius of this home. Rouses Market is nearby too. EVERY HOME, EVERY TIME In a NOLA LUX home, you'll always find our bathrooms stocked with a starter set of everything you need to get squeaky clean including (but not only) shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Kick start each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. We've even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from. NOLA LUX homes are immaculate and well maintained by professionals who clean and sanitize between every guest using the highest standards in the industry. GENERAL INFORMATION The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property. WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions! HOUSE RULES These are all no brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious: - NO SMOKING - No gatherings greater than the approved occupants - No rearranging furniture please - Quiet hours between 10PM - 8AM strictly enforced MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details. **We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.** SECURITY CAMERAS Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels. GUEST REGISTRATION After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date. OPTIONAL FEES The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for: - $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival) - $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival) - $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding) - $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding) SUPPLY STARTER KIT No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay. The kit includes: three rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. *bathroom setups included in powder baths* PARKING While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This room was so cute and decorated very well! The large wrap-around balcony was great for evening sit-downs and the view was great! Additionally, the building felt very safe and the room was spotless!

We had a great time. The host was responsive and accommodated luggage lockers for us, which was an amazing thing to have and we appreciated it! The space was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Walkable to nearby restaurants and bars. Would definitely return!

This penthouse was perfect in every way for time in New Orleans. The owner responded quickly and I felt confident that she would have been available if we had any questions while we were there. The penthouse was very clean, very spacious, and high quality. We came to the city to do tourist attractions like eating great New Orleanian food and explore the city and the location could not have been better. We walked everywhere we went - the Superdome, the World War II museum, and to the French Quarter. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is great because it is close to the French Quarter, and is walkable to and from Canal Street. There is a convenience store a block away that is super convenient. The location is great and was quiet for the times when we were wanting to lay around and rest.

I literally have no complaints. The place was absolutely amazing. It was so clean. It looked exactly like pictures. The communication was on point always. My husband and I visited with my sister and her husband for our anniversary. It was everything we needed in a stay. We will definitely book again when we return to NOLA!

Excellent location, and a clean and quiet building - and walking distance to just about everything. There are great restaurants all around, easy walk to the Quarter, Canal Place, Riverwalk, etc. and about a 20 minute (or so) walk right down Girod Street to the Smoothie King Center to watch the Pelicans play. It was great having a Keurig and plenty of coffee on hand, and a fully equipped kitchen. We pretty much had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. And the property staff was so helpful and kind, it really made all the difference. Would love to stay here again!

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well located. The company is very easy to deal with and the people are friendly and helpful. We will shay here again, for sure, and we are already planning a group trip with our friends and planning to reserve multiple apartments!

Five of us ladies visited NOLA for 4 days and the Condo was perfect for our stay. Management was incredible to deal with both before and during our stay. We loved that the building and condo were safe and secure and very clean. We searched for a location that we would feel safe in, and we were very happy. We Ubered a lot and there is a drop zone right in front of the door to the building that we were able to get into the building immediately at the end of the day. The Condo itself was really nice. We rented a roll-away for the duration of our stay and it was comfortable. Everything was clean and in perfect working order and nicely stocked. We really enjoyed the outside terrace! Every morning we'd enjoy our coffee out there and each evening a cocktail before dinner. It is a shared terrace with other units on the top floor, but we never saw anyone else out there. I would highly recommend this property and management company.

Everything about this location was amazing. The PH itself, location, just everything. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the building was beautifully redone. This is the perfect location for anyone wanting it all!

Great location for walking to everything you would want to see, the French quarter, Jackson square, WW2 museum, and tours. It is off site parking but it’s only two blocks away. The building is beautiful and very safe, smelled amazing, and was very updated and clean. We had a problem with the wifi connection to the tv that they came to fix within 30 min. I stayed with my husband, sister and two teenagers and it was the perfect amount of space. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. This was our first experience in New Orleans and the accommodations here were close to perfection. The location was close enough to everything we needed but far enough that we could escape the busyness! Decor is just as pictured. My only con was the issue with ants & the lack of mirrors in the apt.

Perfect place for our family!
I really can't say enough good things about this condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. Great, quiet location about a 15 minute walk to the French Quarter (and very close to some fantastic restaurants). The space is very well laid out, beds are comfy, kitchen is well-equipped, patio is lovely, building is quiet, tv is connected to multiple streaming services, workout room is a great perk. Zero complaints (and we always find at least something little to complain about!). We'd definitely stay here again.
