Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Gerade mit Kindern (3, 5 & 11 Jahre) ist das Haus perfekt :) wir waren mit 2 Familien da, es gab ausreichend Platz, im Garten sowie im Haus. (Spieleecke und großer ausgebauter Dachboden) In unmittelbarer Nähe gab es einen Supermarkt, Spielplätze und den Strand. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und war sehr sauber, tolle Aussicht und jeden Abend hat ein Esel um 18 Uhr zum Abendessen gerufen ;)

+ Big house, big rooms, multiple bathrooms, toilet separate from bathroom. House is a bit of a maze, but you’ll get used to it.
+ The house has got a lovely beachy feel to it.
+ Big elevated patio on the sunny side of the house.
+ Big garden (walled off so save for kids) surrounded by farmland and another house.
+ Lots of toys for the kids.
+ Multiple fridges and enough seating area for dinner (both inside and outside).
+ Great location, everything WW2 is within a 1 hour drive (except for Mont Saint Michel).
+ 5 minutes walk from the beach (sand and rocks/pebbles)
+ 1,5 km from a small supermarket and bakery.
+ Nearest town with a market, supermarkets, more shops, gasoline and restaurants is Courseulles sur Mer and about a 10 minutes drive.
+ Beds and bedrooms are great. Especially the attic is nice and spacious.
+ Fireplace is great. Seating area around it is the most cozy area of the house.
+ Front balcony is great for enjoying the seaside sunrise, birds and rooster and an early coffee.
- The house is quite noisy. Especially on the attic. You can hear everything moving and creeking/cracking.
- The bathroom downstairs is quite dated, though the shower and toilet work perfectly fine.
- Though the house gets cleaned fine enough, it could be done better. Spider-webs, dust and a particular smell that you’ll get used to.
- TV doesn’t work well and is tugged away in another room.
