What a place. Set up in the hills above Santa Teresa. Gives you fantastic views of the sunsets. In an area of very in vogue properties. New and stylish with a great terrace, indoor and outdoor kitchens, pool and the rooms a large and modern with views over the sea. The people were great and spoke at least three languages fluently.
No problem for me, but you do need a 4 wheel drive, which you will need anyway in Costa Rica if you want to get t anywhere fun.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, you could ask anything from them. Also the views to the sea are amazing. It was super quiet place, and there were not much other guests. Room was also ok, actually the basic room was better than the upgraded room, which I stayed for one night.
You need an ATV to get here. For me it was a surprise that walking there is really not an option and then taxis are total scams (20$ for a trip of 1,5 kilometers). So you need to take into account that there will be extra costs of renting an ATV (which is not cheap in Santa Teresa). Other option is if you have 4x4 vehicle, but normal car is not ok for getting there. Ok, you basically need ATV in Santa Teresa, but without this location I wouldn't have rented one. If I was the owner, I would probably offer ATV:s for free or at least in very low price. It would add value a lot.
Also the kitchen was really badly equipped and dirty. I don't except a lot, but this really needs a big upgrade: better tools and liquids for cleaning, maybe some salt and pepper too? I ended up buying sponge and dishwashing liquid for myself. Small thing matter and it wouldn't require that much to make the kitchen bit nicer.
