Excellent location - central, close to everything.
Well appointed and comfortable.
Our unit had a dishwasher and laundry facilities, the beds and lounges were comfortable. Everything was neat and tidy and easy to keep that way.
Entry and exit of underground carpark is *extremely* tight, even with a medium sized SUV. Large cars would struggle to get in and out of the garage. Once you’re in, there’s plenty of room but getting in and out is quite the challenge!!
It would also be good to see the communal stairwell cleaned more often - it’s quite grubby and dirty. First impressions would improve if it was cleaner. Getting inside the unit was a nice surprise - it was cleaner and fresh by comparison.

The car parking is a bit hard, but I found the coffee street parking fine....

Not far from the beaches
The agency was great to answer question and solve part of the issues.
The appartment was old and windows were not properly cleaned.😭 And there were some high risk safety issues.
The owner of property did not provide the lid for the bathroom tub, neither towels which is totally basic services for hotels or Airbnb or private apartment but not for this one. Very disappointed. I had to buy towels. 🤣
No dishwasher, one fridge and one small fridge which i don't understand the purpose of a second fridge.
No Netflix account just tv channels. The windows frames were with mold.
The most disappointing matter was that there were no lights in the corridor and stairs. It is not appropriate for elders guests because of high risk of accidents. 😡That was the responsibility of the owner of appartment.
No lift for elders. Not suitable for disabled people obviously.
10 keys provided but 2 keys were necessary to access the lobby entrance and the appartment. It was very confusing at first use. It took me 10 in minutes to find out.
Forget the garage: too small to park my large Mercedes. I had to park on the street. 😭
I did not know there was a $500 deposit.
I got it back fortunately.
I used to rent apartments in Caloundra but it is the first one with so much issues.
