Friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast provided, clean rooms, good transportation nearby
Had to request for cleaning of rooms @ reception, gym facilities - had to walk to another place

Everything was great, room, staff, facilities, location. There was a hockey tournament on so lots of guests but did not impact on our stay at all. Would recommend and definitely stay there again
maybe a room with balcony but we did not request that so not hotels fault

Property was perfectly located next to the metro station and mall.
The room was smelly, uncomfortable mattress and pillows and overall pretty basic.
