Cleanliness of the surroundings were poor, bathroom was open and found cameras on the road, which was unsecured.

It was close to a convenient store and a coffee place. Outdoor bathrooms looked new. Living / dining area very spacious, but could have been decorated better. Nevertheless, the villa is value for money.
The villa has potential but needs to be refurbished. Kitchen crockery and utensils were disparate and sad. No cock-screw, no wine glasses, "glasses" largely made of plastic wear and worn out.
