Basic but very functional hotel room in a busy part of Muscat close to Al Mouj Marina and airport in Seeb area of Muscat. You are away from main part of touristed city but not an issue if you have a vehicle. Staff was very friendly and allowed a very late check-out for a tiny fee. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. I was very satisfied with this hotel and can recommend it.

Darkening in the room was perfect & bed was comfortable & cleanness of the room was satisfactory.

1. At first I found the hotel with a certain amount showing on the booking, after reservation the amount increased showing added tax etc, in the time of check in & paying to the hotel it increased again & receptionist mentioned taxes etc; how does all these taxes make any sense?!!! 2. In my floor in the hallway there was a really bad odor like sweat the whole time! 3. The key on the door wasn't working properly from inside & from outside if you would lock it then you couldn't take the key out & either you should leave the room unlocked or take all yr belongings with you each time you go out!!! 4. & The worst part was that this hotel didn't have the most basic facilities which are a hairdryer, electric kittle & iron. 5. & Here comes the drastic part, I wanted to leave on Friday afternoon & when I came out of the building to take the car I faced a massive amounts of cars not only double parked behind my car but even on the street & blocking the whole place because: ""in front of the hotel there's a Mousque, if you planning to go out on Friday afternoon you should know that for hours you don't have anyway to take yr car out of there!!! "" I was moving to another city & I had to stop & rest here for a day, I'm happy it was only one day cuz it was my worst hotel experience!
