The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location was very convenient, with a shopping centre and metro station nearby

Overall, everything was fine. The only thing that surprised me was that air conditioning costs an additional EUR 15 per night. I travel quite often and have never encountered an additional charge for air conditioning like this before, so it was an unusual experience for me.

Never again: by far the worst experience I have had in 17 years using booking.com

The location and the apartment, supposedly, are good.

I overlooked the check in rules (my bad) and I was late for my check in on the first day. Because of that, I was not let into the property, not on that day but NOT EVEN ONE DAY LATER DURING THE CHECK IN TIME WINDOW DESPITE HAVING BOOKED FOR THE WHOLE WEEK, so I lost the entire payment. Property manager hung up on me over the phone and did not address my requests for help via booking.com messaging platform. This is not the way to do business and, IMHO, this property should not be advertised over booking.com
