Upstairs are two bedrooms, one double and one three quarter size double bed, both with memory foam mattresses. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and is next to the bedrooms. The cottage has a lovely sunny private garden on different levels that enjoy stunning views to the front and rear, with various patio furniture, for 'alfresco living'. As well as the wood burner in the living room there is modern electric heating throughout and double glazing. DOWNSTAIRS Kitchen/conservatory area: The fully fitted 'shaker style' kitchen with tiled floor has a lovely view of the garden from the kitchen window and the hills just behind. There is an electric hob, electric oven/grill, microwave, fridge with freezer box, plus all the necessary cooking utensils. There is a useful breakfast bar dividing the kitchen from the living area. Off the kitchen is a conservatory with a washing machine and sink, plus a sitting area to enjoy the views of the garden.
