Rustig ,groot zwembad, een privacy, fijne medewerkers op het park
Helaas maar één airco in een van de slaapkamers. Bij lange na niet genoeg om het hele huis te koelen. Dit was wel een gemis

Vistas, tranquilidad y confort.
Desde el aparcamiento hasta la casa hay una cierta distancia. Supone tener que mover las maletas y comida hasta la casa (carretilla o bien con tu propia fuerza).
El gas de la calefacción se paga aparte. No lo supimos hasta pocos días de nuestra llegada.

Die ruhige und abgeschiedene Lage mit schöner Aussicht war top. Grosszügiges Haus mit viel Platz um und um das Haus. Wir haben verschiedene Ausfahrten mit dem Gravelbike gemacht und es ist ein wunderbarer ausgangsort dafür. Die Siedlung liegt oben auf einem Hügel und man hörte avends nur die Gänse und Hinde in der Nachbarschaft, wir haben toll geschlafen.
Die Einrichtung ist doch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen (Küchenuntensilien, Mückennetze) das hat aber nicht gestört. Ums Haus rum wurde auch schon länger nicht mehr der Garten gemacht und die Pflanzen wucherten den Zugang zur Terasse zu. Das hatte einerseits Charm aber wir trauten uns kaum die am Gebüsch virbrizugehen um die brütenden Vögel nicht aufzuschrecken. 😌 Das grosse Doppelzimmer mit Bad hat ein Bett das extrem weich und durchhängig ist. Eir konnten aber auf ein anderes Zimmer ausweichen daher war das kein Problem für uns. S
Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gefallen und wir würden wieder da buchen.

The location is nice and the view is beautiful, like at almost every agriturismo in Tuscany. The building looks old and rustic but is actually new. The furniture is nice and looks just like in the photos. That is the problem: the photos show the surface, not the details. Requests were handled quickly.
We have rented houses in this region many times, at similar prices. This is the first time the equipment was on this level. The dishwasher is unusable: much too small for a family, and every cycle leaves everything dirty. The kitchen equipment is the cheapest you can buy and pieced together from whatever was around, including plastic wine glasses, in Chianti. There is a toaster that takes forever. The showers are tiny and half broken, with only a trickle of water. The bed in the main bedroom is too short, slightly crooked, with a hard, worn-out mattress. The garden furniture is broken, snapped hinges, and had no cushions at first. The WiFi barely works next to the router and drops every time you walk into another room. The shared pool is only open 9:00 to 18:00, which is written nowhere in the listing, and our children were told off there for swim rings and noise. The staff came quickly when we asked, but never with a friendly face. This is not new either: guests in 2025 and 2026 already wrote on the operator’s own website that the furniture is old and tired. Nothing had changed when we arrived. For this money you find much better houses in the same area. To be fair: after our documented complaint and long discussions, the operator did give us a price reduction in the end.
