Stunning views of the river and quayside. Parking very convenient and secure. Comfortable beds, very quiet. Kitchen well equipped. Cental location. Overall cosy and comfortable.
Lots of stairs although got used to them. Sofas could do with a refresh.

The location is amazing and the views were stunning. The apartment had everything you needed and was such a good space for our family Christmas. So nice to be local to Dartmouth to experience the full Christmas atmosphere of the town.
Some of the bed sheets needed replacing as were ripped. The apartment was very dusty when we arrived like no one had checked prior to our arrival. Toilet paper was very thin. The kitchens extractor fan was very dirty. Whilst making Christmas dinner I had was may have been oil dripping from the extractor. Very unpleasant. We had hand wash bottle in the bathroom that was empty. There was also air fresheners in the bathrooms that were empty. If supplying these products at least make sure they have something in it.
