Count and check everything before you tip and they leave

The views. The security. Although well over the top. The rooms did not get any aircon, but it's grand. Please note have docked 5 points purely because they did not provide enough towels. When contacted. They did not sort it out after 3 days of msgs and contact. They only responded with Ai and no one ever came and gave us the missing towel. Now 5 points is big but you can imagine heading out. Letting them know. Letthing them know you are due back and still having not enough towels. Then, on day 2, 48 hours after first contact. You get a msg saying , we provided enough towels when you checked in.."it took a lot to not loose it" I bought a towel, its nothing but its principle

Towel. Ai . Demanding passport images

Scammers.

The apartment was lovely but theres a huge but

The apartment itself was lovely, but unfortunately the experience after checkout has been extremely disappointing. On arrival, I was required to pay a R3,000 security deposit. I was specifically told that the deposit would be refunded back to my card after checkout and that this could take up to 7 days. It has now been more than THREE WEEKS and I still have not received my R3,000 refund. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that when I try to contact them, I seem to get automated/AI responses telling me to ask the staff to get hold of them. Despite repeatedly trying to resolve this, nobody has taken responsibility and my money has still not been returned. At this point, I genuinely don't know whether there is a serious problem with their deposit/refund system or whether this is simply extremely poor customer service. Either way, holding a guest's R3,000 for more than three weeks after promising a refund within 7 days is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend staying here until they sort out their deposit/refund process. If you are asked to pay a R3,000 deposit, be very cautious and make sure you have everything regarding the refund in writing. I am still waiting for my R3,000 to be returned.

Good

Amazing views. Easy to find. Comfortable beds. Well equipped. Good location.

We felt slightly unsafe outside the building. Duvets far too thin for Cape Town winters. Check in and check out was cumbersome due to travelling with minors who don’t have photo ID.
