Great location. Arrived at 6 in the morning and could store our bags while we explored. Staff very friendly. Allowed us to check in at 1pm. Water fountain (boiling and cold) in the basement. No coffee facilities in the room but with boiling water in the basement could make a plan and the staff were happy to provide cups. Room was smallish but as expected.

The location is good, some staff was helpful, it’s clean and it has every basics needed in a hotel.
The first night the hotel was closed due to some problem, but they managed us a room in a different (nicer) hotel.
The restaurant right in front of the door is AMAZING.
Breakfast is a bid small.
We were denied our upgrade that we booked through Booking.com - even after I asked and insisted.
More of a individual problem: the check in the next morning after we stayed in a different hotel because of them (receptionist didn’t wanted to give us our room, only after I insisted I had a reservation since the day before).
