Nice property in quiet location, fairly close to amenities but a bike is required to get around.
Very clean
Air con leaked water everywhere but was repaired within 24 hrs and the wind on an evening created lots of noise with tin sheet roof somewhere which was very noisy and prevented me from sleeping. Shower head needs cleaning as water from shower head was poor.

We had a big spacious room & they were accommodating in adding an extra 2 days for us. We hired a moped through the owner which made our time in Rawai much better as I’d say you certainly need a moped to get around. The room was cleaned everyday and we were super happy.
Only thing I’d say is that it’s a bit far out, but it’s also only a 10 min walk or 1 min ped ride to the top of the main road.

I like the hotel and it’s location as it’s very quiet of a night.
The cleaners leave the doors open when cleaning so I was always chasing mosquitoes.
I stayed a week and the bed sheet wasn’t changed at all throughout my stay.

Size of room was great and had good facilities eg tea coffee. Water provided and a fridge. Nice pool. Was quiet.
Bedding was not good. Obviously once white but it was stained yellow and brown and did not look clean . We didn’t really want to sleep in it, even if it was washed it looked awful.
Location was much further from the beach and town as suggested. We had to rent a scooter as there was no short cut - you needed to go back along the road to the main road and along the busy main road. We felt it was misleading.
More a hostel than hotel. No one in the desk when we checked out and had to leave keys with a note.
